Intellectual Property:

All content, branding, structure, and materials included with the Product are the intellectual property of Wealthy Aspirations, LLC or its licensors.

You are granted usage and resale rights — not ownership or copyright.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wealthy Aspirations, LLC and its affiliates, contractors, and employees from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or legal fees resulting from:

Your use or misuse of the Product

Your breach of this Agreement

Any infringement or violation of intellectual property rights or applicable laws

Termination:

We reserve the right to revoke your license and access to the Product, with or without notice, if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using and delete any copies of the Product in your possession.

Amendments:

Wealthy Aspirations, LLC may revise these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon being posted to our website.

Your continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to any conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Wealthy Aspirations, LLC. It supersedes all prior agreements, communications, or proposals — whether oral or written — related to the Product.
